story: dati c volta nag gagawa ng weapon nya para sa magiging digmaan ng liga ng pag asa at kadiliman. habang nag foforge xya nung weapon nya na shock xya! pati ung weapon nya may shock n rin...+10 str, +10 agi, +60 dmg and a ability to chain lightning as well as stunning

note: these items are dota ver. i couldn't find a list of woph items...
effects:

passive:
chain lightning stun
25% chance to cast on target, 200 dmg, hits 4 targets, 1.8 stun duration. 80 mana cost per cast. .
ORB EFFECTS DO NOT STACK!
PURPOSE OF THE WEAPON:
- when ganked, there is a chance that you will kill them. . .
- good item for other heroes like ravena
- good farming item
DISADVANTAGES:
- when using high atk spd heroes... you need high mana too!
- orb effect
- low mana pool heroes
