Hero Suggestions Rules
1. The Suggestions Forum Rules of Conduct
1) All users should be polite. No one takes suggestions from a rude, abusive person.
2) Make a habit of commenting before voting.
3) Do not flame other users and do not spam posts/threads.
4) Use proper English and avoid "l337 t4lk".
2. Posting Rules
1) Post only new and original hero ideas here. No remakes, hero sketches, items, or single skills.
This is the rule of thumb here. The only thing allowed is a new hero suggestion. To suggest something else, please use one of our other sections.
2) Use [HERO]: tag in your thread title. The word "HERO" enclosed in square brackets, i.e. "[" and "]", followed by ":"
Use [HERO] in front of your suggestion's title. All hero threads should be prefixed by this tag. This is to maintain an uncluttered, uniform forum page.
3a) All suggestions must have polls.
Suggestions must have polls, so people can leave feedback on them and to conform with the current system in place for the Suggestions forums.
3b) Always use a BINARY POLL
Binary poll = a poll with TWO possibilities - positive or negative. Good choices include ⦣8364;œThumbs Up⦣8364;� and ⦣8364;œThumbs Down⦣8364;�, and ⦣8364;œGood⦣8364;� and ⦣8364;œBad⦣8364;�. Poor choices are things like ⦣8364;œYOU ROCK THIS HERO IS GREAT⦣8364;� and ⦣8364;œWHOEVER VOTES DOWN SUCKS⦣8364;�. Choices like this may not go unnoticed by the moderator team.
4) Do not double post.
Double-posting is considered spam and will be dealt with accordingly.
5) Subject Matter:
Racial, religious, ethnic, sexual orientation, financial, handicap, birth defect, or socially insulting suggestions will not be tolerated in this forum. This is a zero tolerance policy. If you even have to consider whether or not your suggestion offends someone, it does. Don⦣8364;™t do it. This list is not everything. If your post violates these rules, action may have to be taken. Joke heroes, heroes who are not meant to be serious, are highly discouraged as well. WAG NIO BABUYIN ANG WOPH! amp!
6) Do not post comments advertising your hero:
You can have your hero in your sig. You can have links there. Do not make hero advertisements in your posts. This is considered spam and will be dealt with accordingly.
7) The 60% rule:
Hero threads with less then 60% positive votes after 10 total votes will be closed. Also, if a thread has totaled 6 negative votes before reaching 10 total votes, the thread will be closed. This is because heroes that reach this point are considered by the community to not be good enough.
8) One suggestion per thread
Do not post more then one suggestion of any kind per thread. This is to keep the forum system clean and the forums orderly.
9) No balance
Do not post about the balance of the game. The only remakes that are allowed are of entire heroes, skills, and items. Posting about how good or bad an item is will cause you to be dealt with appropriately.
10) No reposting of active threads
If a thread about a hero has not been archived, you are not allowed to repost it. Threads are automatically archived if last post is older than two weeks. You CAN ask a moderator for permission to repost a hero thread and you will know he allowed you to do that the moment you see the thread to be reposted in the archives subforum. If you want to change or tweak you hero, use the "Modify" button.
11) No ⦣8364;œbuilder heroes⦣8364;�:
Builder heroes are heroes that create buildings or construct towers as any of their skills. They are not allowed because they are confirmed to never get into WOPH and are currently not allowed on these forums.
12) NO VOTE SPAMMING
Only members with 10 posts or above can vote. Anyone voting less than that will get serious punishment
WHEN HERO IDEA GETS:
95% at 30 votes
90% at 40 votes
85% at 50 votes and above.
Thread can now be submitted to the Potentials Section, where your hero can have a higher chance to be in a game.
All threads in the Potentials Section are going to be reviewed carefully by Mods
Always use "Make Poll" not make thread in posting heroes otherwise it will be closed.
REMEMBER: There are so many Nukers and Super Killers in the game. As much as possible, make Disablers and Supporters.
