It is Crixalis, and this is how to unlock him.
You first need to collect the three wards(Blazer, Immortality, Destruction) the two (Destruction,Immortality) can only be received by killing Taurens or attacking it.
The Blazer Ward can be bought.
Then go to the toplane sent base while going there you should see a hidden path at the left (just cheat if you cant find it) go to it with your wards. in there you should see three circles and one in the middle of the three. Put the wards on the circles in corresponding color (red ward to the circle with red runes, blue to blue,etc.) once in put your hero in the middle and there you have it! Sand King! Warning: all your items from your hero will be removed. So just remove you items BEFORE getting sand king.
