250% attack speed is too high for just a normal skill.
An Tristan has to many Activated skills. Too much for an STRENGTH type
I say replace it with this:
SKILL: Lakas Atleta
Description: Ang lkas ni Tristan ay hindi lang sa kanyang espada kundi sa kanyang katawan at bisig rin.
Passive Skill
Level 1:
- +10% attack speed and +5% attack power
Level 2:
- +20% attack speed and +10% attack power
Level 3:
- +30% attack speed and +15% attack power
Level 4:
- 40% attack speed and +20% attack power
